Took my car in for service. Was going to take too long. They gave me a courtesy SUV for the nite because l was taking care of a friend. Went first thing in the morning to pick up my car. They detailed for me. It looked beautiful! What great service ! In the showroom there is a nice lounge area to relax while the service your car. You can hook up your laptop or just have Coffee and biscotti.

BEWARE. We took our Volvo 2012 XC60 to the Ontario location for a 90,000 mile check up. Car was running great. The car was there a full day with no contact from Volvo. I called the dealer to see why no one contacted us, and they said someone would text a list of needed repairs. The cost of the estimate was $12,000 (!!!) - far more than the value of the car. We didn't even get a call from the service center explaining the issues. Just an impersonal text with no follow up. We declined the issues they deemed required "immediate attention" and took the car to our local mechanic to see if he agreed. Of the approx 10 issues Volvo noted, this mechanic said only two needed to be performed at all, and neither were emergencies. The total cost was under $1,000. This Volvo dealership has come under new management in the past year, and this is not the service we were used to receiving in the past. Yes, a dealer is usually more expensive than other mechanics. But $12,000 for a list of items that weren't even broken is scandalous. (To unclog a tube in the sunroof, Volvo estimated nearly $4,000. We took it to our local mechanic and had it done for $135.) We placed multiple calls to the GM and did not even get a call back. We were also told that if we wrote a negative review, the company would have lawyers come after us. Are these the kind of people Volvo wants representing their company? I am so disappointed; I had expected to be a Volvo fan for life. BEWARE doing business with this location if you are not incredibly well-versed in auto repair. We checked the Better Business Bureau and it looks like they are not members. This isn't surprising information in retrospect. My actual rating is 0 stars, but Google doesn't allow it.

It's been long journey and multiple Volvo dealerships...we end up coming to Ontario Volvo on regular base. My first car from this dealership clocking through the 200k miles, they helped us to schedule overseas delivery of my wife's XC60 and my kids just bought their first XC90.... Mike is professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales manager. Tough to negotiate though... 😀. He stands behind his product, he is available when you need him and he been working at Ontario Volvo for long time. I think we will keep coming.

First off, They don’t warranty the tires on a NEW CAR. We bought a brand new XC 360 Recharge, which is their plug-in Hybrid. I had to buy new tires at 13k miles. NOW, the battery is not giving me the miles it is supposed to be getting (which is VERY short to begin with - 20 miles). They are telling me that because it is showing a 100% charge, there is nothing wrong with it.

I was from out of state and in need of emergency repair. Volvo Cars was fantastic to work with, I would send my Mom to this dealership. Like everything, prices to repair cars have gone through the roof. Nevertheless, I would bet this dealership prices are very competitive. Impressively clean, everyone was wearing their best smile, I felt at home there... Great job, Volvo Cars Ontario! Just a note.. parking spaces close to service was challenged, especially the blue ones. However, I did find lots of open curb space. V/r, Grumpy Grandpa

I took my vehicle for repairs on 8/15/23 do to a check engine light, they diagnosed the problem and also found a second issue with the vehicle. Until now I haven't had any issues, five stars ✨️ for the mechanics! The reason why I only give the dealership one stars is because I have to deal with the rental company my self and not the dealer, it was a pain in the rear, unlike the Rusnak Volvo ( usually I take my vehicle there) we're usually I don't have any issues. Secondly: The day I went to pick up my vehicle I found on the inside front drink compartment, a fast food ticket from a near place dated 8/16/23 One day after I dropped the vehicle at the dealership, obviously this indicated that employees are using customer vehicles for personal use! You always wondering why they are taking so long for some small repairs 🤔 maybe someone is traveling around with your vehicle? And it could cost more damage to my vehicle because of the Chek engine still on. Either way this is unacceptable 😤 and Ilegal! Can't trust Volvo of Ontario! I do not recommend this place!
